X2: XMen United (2003) Dark Cerebro

We were tasked with LiDAR scanning and building Stryker's Dark Cerebro for X2: XMen United for 20th Century Fox. The production team needed a millimeter-accurate tracking model to match with camera matchmoving.

The hardest part was lining up the revealed framework behind each panel. We had to focus our LiDAR scanner on these open sections to get accurate data. The process was tedious with the tech we had at the time.
