Sentinel ESR Sniper Rifle Concept

"The Sentinel ESR is a dual stage, electromagnetic actuated sniper rifle. Rounds are chambered through the rear bolt action receiver and fired with a traditional closed bolt pin. The round is then accelerated with a muzzle velocity of 5km/s through the EM Propulsion system. This delivers a projectile with highly destructive kinetic energy to defeat the immediate effects of bullet drop over distances of 2km."

This initial concept evolved into the weapon seen in Apex Legends: Season 4. The idea was to accelerate the round with some type of energy to give it an extra punch. This would give the weapon more accessibility than the Kraber SR with a little less lethality. This weapon is a bolt action sniper rifle with a faster cycle time than the heavy Kraber SR. Its definitely a worthy addition to the Apex Legends arsenal.
